ACCIDENT
AND EMERGENCY
In extreme emergencies such as severe
breathing difficulty, chest pain, or severe injury
telephone 000 immediately and ask for an ambulance.
For less urgent cases our surgery is equipped
to deal with minor casualties. In urgent cases
the first available doctor and our registered
nurse will attend to you as a matter of priority.
Please inform the receptionist if you think you
require urgent treatment.
PATIENT FEEDBACK
We always welcome any constructive comments
or suggestions. Our staff are here to help you,
so don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.
Due to the unpredictable nature of general practice
consultations, the doctors may occasionally
run a little behind schedule. If this is the
case you will be informed of the delay and be
asked if you are happy to wait, or if you would
like to reschedule your appointment, or see
another doctor. We apologise for any inconvenience
this may cause.
If you are unhappy with any aspects of our service
please advise Dr Genua or Lisa Kastrounis. We
are keen to rectify any problems or concerns
you may have. If you feel the problem has not
been rectified to your satisfaction you should
contact ‘The Health Complaint Commission
of NSW’, Telephone 9219 7444
